1. Delivery terms: Parts purchased in our e-market will be sent to a customer by: - Polish Post - Courier service. - Raben 2. Delivery time: -Courier and priority 4-5 business days - Economic parcels 10-14 business days. - Raben usually 5 days
3. We don't accept returns done through GLS (General Logistic Systems)
4. Claims: Our parcels are insured up to the invoice value. In the case of apparent damage to the packaging of a consignment, the consignee is obliged to verify the contents of the consignment in the presence of the supplier, damages inside package within 7 days from delivery date. If they find damage to the contents of the consignment, the supplyin service must: - notify it on receipt bill and/or refuse to accept the damaged parcel - draw up a report of damage in shipment. This report is necessarily required to recognize the complaint. All complaints concerning damage to items during transport will be considered solely on the basis of this document. Concerns the supply and return.
Quality complaints.
If the send good prove to be faulty, the recipient is obliged to: - Immediately notify the supplier - Return faulty goods to the supplier Supplier within 14 days recognize the legitimacy of the complaint and: - At the request of a recipient sends back, goods free from defects - Or refund the amount paid to the account of the recipient, if it so requests. International bank details are required for payment return. Return cash on delivery not acceptable.
5. Returns If goods where delivered in accordance to an order, but customer would like return them, and will do it in prior notyfying the will: - 14 days from delivery date - without costs except sending and returning fees - above 14 days -TRAMAT will take off 15% from received payment amount, and transport fees The equivalent for returned goods, we pay within 14 days of receipt of goods to the designated bank account.
Not applicable to rare parts , specially commissioned for the customer, and electical equipment.
If by mistake, will be send replacement part other than ordered, Tramat send correct, after the return of an erroneous. Cost incurred by the customer feedback delivery will be refunded with extra discount on the next purchase.

NOTE! Returned parts can not be used or damaged.Do not accept returns that have not been agreed, or sent at our expense. Responsibility for the safe packing to return goods passes to the sender.
